Delivery and Postage
All items purchased will be despatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
All items despatched within the UK are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes.
Orders that qualify for 'Free Shipping' will be sent by a means of our choice.
None of our delivery services are time-guaranteed.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our returns policy is stated below:
Any item purchased may be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receipt, but certain types of goods are excluded. You have the right to examine distance purchases as if you were in a shop.
All creams, ointments, fluids, gels, medical appliances etc. that are delivered in sealed packaging of whatever type for hygeine reasons, may not be returned under the Right to Return if they have been unsealed, unless proven faulty.
Other items may be returned for 'change of mind' reasons, but they must be complete with all packaging intact as supplied new. Items returned with packaging missing etc. will be subject to a fee to cover costs of repacking that will be deducted from any due refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure you use a suitable return shipping method to cover any loss at your cost.
Once a 'change of mind' return is received and inspected, a refund will be given via your original payment method, including the original postage.
If you receive faulty goods, you must contact us within 7 days, where we will offer a replacement or refund. We may require you to return faulty goods for inspection. If found to be faulty, we will reimburse any reasonable postage costs to you.
